This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected when using the Mehvan mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Email address and password or Google account for login
• Store details: name, sector, address, one image
• Campaign details: title, description, prices, two images, coordinates (within 30 km of Van city center, Türkiye), optional discount coupon
• Device info for push notifications
• Donation-related digital product data (via Shopier)

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing a digital display space for stores and campaigns
• Sending notifications to users
• Operating badge/achievement systems
• Enabling digital support/donations

4. Legal Basis

• Article 5/1-b of Turkish KVKK Law: contract performance (User Agreement)
• Article 5/1-f of KVKK: legitimate interest (app operations)
• No cookies or tracking mechanisms are used, so user consent for them is not applicable

5. Data Retention

• Campaign data: stored for 24 hours
• Store data: stored until user requests deletion

7. Data Security

We implement Firebase/Firestore security standards to protect your data.

8. Data Sharing

• No data is shared with third parties except for digital payment operations through Shopier
• No international data transfer takes place

9. Consent

By using the App, you consent to the visibility of images uploaded during store and campaign creation, the use of your location (coordinates) for map navigation, and the receipt of in-app notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

10. Push Notifications

The App may send daily push notifications related to campaigns, announcements, or user engagement. You can disable notifications via your device settings.

11. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.

12. Third-Party Services

Other than Shopier for digital payments, the App does not use any third-party SDKs or services that collect personal information.

13. Account Deletion

When a user deletes their account or store, all related data is permanently removed from our database without backup.

14. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified through the app when changes occur. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates.
